To open a charge account, you must return our credit application form must be returned to us signed by an officer of your company. All other orders are shipped C.O.D. Open accounts may be granted if:

  1. Jeweler's Board of Trade rating is acceptable and we have a signed application form or
  2. Credit Service rating is acceptable and we have a signed application form. Returned or dishonored checks will be sub­ject to a service charge of $35.00 or 5% of the face amount of the check, whichever is greater, as authorized by Chapter 832 of The Florida Statutes.

TERMS:
Net 30 days to credit approved accounts. Discounts are extended only for quantity purchases per invoice. Delinquent accounts are charged a late payment penalty of .05% per day, equivalent to 18% per year, on past due balances, or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lesser. Late charge applies from day of purchase.

MAILING CHARGES:
All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. our plant in Miami. In the absence of instructions, we ship the best way, insured for full value. Shipments under $30 total value are subject to a $5 order processing fee, which becomes part of the shipping charges.

 

RETURNED MERCHANDISE:
All merchandise is returnable for full credit within 15 days of receipt, except for items cut to size or made to your specifi­cations. Returned items must be accompanied by your purchase invoice or a photocopy of it. After 15 days returned items will be credited less a 10% restocking charge. After 30 days, returns will be credited for intrinsic metal value only.

C.O.D. SHIPMENTS:
We welcome C.O.D. orders of any value. Shipments can be made by next day air, 2nd day air or by ground service. Because U.S. Mail and Federal Express do not accept cash on delivery packages, all C.O.D.'s are shipped via U.P.S. Also, post office box numbers are not a sufficient address for U.P.S.

 

REFINING SERVICE:
We are always in the market to purchase your scrap metals. Our returns are based upon actual assay of your material. Payment will be made at current rates for all the precious metal recovered, less a reasonable charge, either by check or in the form of a credit against the purchase of new SG products, just as you prefer.
